Unanimous decisions to approve the following were made via email….

Purchase the greenridgehoa.net domain ($1 for first year and then $20 every year after) – Domain purchased on 2/11/2020 – VIEW RECEIPT
- Brent LaFoley has agreed to host the website and it\’s functions free of charge using his software (PTOffice)
- Brent LaFoley has agreed to purchase the initial year of the domain ($1) personally, but will charge Green Ridge HOA each year afterwards ($20 per 1and1 contract)
- Previous domain (.org) was owned and site was hosted and operated by Jeanne Pemberton since at least 2012 (reimbursed by HOA – $131.38/year)
Sign the new Waste Management agreement (key points below – contract here) – Signed 2/17/2020
- Tuesday pick ups – Preferred by majority at previous Board meeting
- $9.00 + RMO (currently $3.25)
- Vacation hold up to 6 months – $45
- 3 Year Contract
East Gate tree removal to be done by Branching Out Tree Service ($875 – contract here) – Signed 2/18/2020
