West gate update!
Signal Gates is expected to be at the community tomorrow (March 11) to make the necessary repairs to the gate. Thanks everyone for your patience as this gets fixed.
Gas leak found and fixed
Southwest Gas while performing their annual gas main leak inspections discovered a leak on the gas main to service tee near the East roundabout on Sonoran Vista Trail. East Gate Tree Removed
The East Gate tree has been resolved. The tree was successfully removed by Branching Out Tree Service on the morning of February 25th, 2020. A copy of the contract can be found here – payment was issued via Pinehurst Properties.
Leak by west gate repaired
A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve. Before: After:
Road Improvement Update! – 3/30
Bates Paving & Sealing finished the West Gate entrance patching this morning March 30th. Asphalt Crack sealing will be performed by Bates in April. Timing to be determined.
