Bates Paving & Sealing completed the asphalt removal and replacement at several locations on Sonoran Vista Trail, low area and east roundabout and at the East Gate entrance. East Gate Tree Removed
The East Gate tree has been resolved. The tree was successfully removed by Branching Out Tree Service on the morning of February 25th, 2020. A copy of the contract can be found here – payment was issued via Pinehurst Properties.
