IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SOUTHWEST GAS REPAIRS
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Southwest Gas has identified the need to replace and upgrade the natural gas infrastructure in the Green Ridge Community. They will begin this work on Monday, 2/12/24 and expect to complete the upgrades on Friday, 2/23/24. Here is what you need to know:
- There will be one to three crews from a company contracted by Southwest Gas called the Arizona Pipeline Company (APC). They will be working throughout the week at the following three addresses:
-
- 3691 N AVENIDA DE LAA COLINA (Lot 38)
- 3690 N AVENIDA DEL OTERO (Lot 21)
- 3631 N MESQUITE KNOLL PL (Lot 30)
- These replacements will require the removal of some asphalt which will be replaced by another SWG contractor, RDI. RDI and APC will secure the area and place a temporary patch prior to final repair to ensure the safety of personnel and vehicles. RDI will have 60 days Per SWG to do the final repair after APC has done all the work for each individual home.
- NO customer should be without gas at any time unless there is an emergency.
- The crews and plumbers on site may require that selected homeowners limit the use of gas in the home while they are switching the new lines over but will give you notice before they do so.
- APC will also do everything possible and are obligated to allow room for vehicles to pass along with any personnel walking in the area in a safe manner.
- APC will do everything possible to preserve all vegetation and landscape in the area of excavation.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email Traci Gates at [email protected]. Homeowners may also contact the project coordinator, Adrien Pineda at 520-279-1055 or the Coordinating Supervisor, Robert Barnett at 520-907-8133.
