Road Improvement Update! – 3/29
Bates Paving & Sealing completed the asphalt removal and replacement at several locations on Sonoran Vista Trail, low area and east roundabout and at the East Gate entrance. Leak by west gate repaired
A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve. Before: After:
