A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve.   Before: After:

Bates Paving & Sealing completed the asphalt removal and replacement at several locations on Sonoran Vista Trail, low area and east roundabout and at the East Gate entrance. Unfortunately at the West Gate, the contractor ran out of asphalt. You will notice a slight depression in the two cut areas. They will be back to complete this work…
