Today (2/27), the west entrance gate code box was damaged by a rural metro ambulance. We are in process of getting it repaired.

Bates Paving & Sealing finished the West Gate entrance patching this morning March 30th. Asphalt Crack sealing will be performed by Bates in April. Timing to be determined. Bates Paving & Sealing completed the asphalt removal and replacement at several locations on Sonoran Vista Trail, low area and east roundabout and at the East Gate entrance. Unfortunately at the West Gate, the contractor ran out of asphalt. You will notice a slight depression in the two cut areas. They will be back to complete this work…
