West gate code box damaged
Today (2/27), the west entrance gate code box was damaged by a rural metro ambulance. We are in process of getting it repaired.

Leak by west gate repaired
A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve. Before: After:
East Gate Entry
The east gate is again experiencing problems with the remote entry clickers. Signal Gate has been notified of the problem and an open ticket has been established.
