Bates Paving & Sealing completed the asphalt removal and replacement at several locations on Sonoran Vista Trail, low area and east roundabout and at the East Gate entrance. Signal Gates is expected to be at the community tomorrow (March 11) to make the necessary repairs to the gate. Thanks everyone for your patience as this gets fixed.

A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve.   Before: After:
