Gate Fix Update
We have received at least one bid from Signal Gate that was EXTEMELY expensive. Fortunately, some of our very own Green Ridge members have some expertise (and equipment) to attempt a self-repair. West gate code box damaged
Today (2/27), the west entrance gate code box was damaged by a rural metro ambulance. We are in process of getting it repaired.

Leak by west gate repaired
A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve. Before: After:
