We have received at least one bid from Signal Gate that was EXTEMELY expensive. Fortunately, some of our very own Green Ridge members have some expertise (and equipment) to attempt a self-repair. Hello everyone! We realize the gate fixes and line striping seems to be taking a very long time, so we wanted t provide an update on each… Gate Fixing: We are currently in contact with various contractors to receive bids and we are also in the process of contacting our insurance company to discuss options….

Today we were made aware of significant damage to both the east and west gates and ADAM LLC is looking into getting it fixed ASAP. Although we know who damaged the west gate, we do not know who damaged the east gate. If anyone has any information, please let us know! Also, as a reminder,…
