Gate fix completed
Thanks to our very handy members (Dave Hagen, Paul Tynan and Ed Smith) our east side gate has been fixed with very little cost! If you see any of them out and about, please send them your thanks!
Leak by west gate repaired
A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve. Before: After:
Security Post
Some time in the next couple of weeks, a security post will be installed approximately 12 inches in front of the West Gate keypad controller.
