Gate update

East Gate Entry
The east gate is again experiencing problems with the remote entry clickers. Signal Gate has been notified of the problem and an open ticket has been established. Leak by west gate repaired
A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve. Before: After:
West Main Gate Damage
The HOA is aware of the west gate damage and is working towards a resolution. If anyone has any information on who may have caused this, it would be greatly appreciated.
