Hi All, We just wanted to pass on some information… there was a large swarm of bees attached to a creosote bush located around between 10339 and 10369 E Sonoran Vista Trail, close to the street. It is bee season so be on the look out!

Gas meters being replaced

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the gas company will be replacing a few gas meters (Eiff, Ramos and Chance) which will require some digging along those properties.

Leak by west gate repaired

A large leak was reported that was flowing along Prince just outside the West gate. After further review, it was determined there was a faulty valve causing the flooding. Our neighborhood landscape company promptly came out and fixed the leak by replacing the valve.   Before: After:

West gate code box damaged
