Signal Gates is expected to be at the community tomorrow (March 11) to make the necessary repairs to the gate.

East Gate Tree Removed
The East Gate tree has been resolved. The tree was successfully removed by Branching Out Tree Service on the morning of February 25th, 2020. A copy of the contract can be found here – payment was issued via Pinehurst Properties.
Gate fix completed
Thanks to our very handy members (Dave Hagen, Paul Tynan and Ed Smith) our east side gate has been fixed with very little cost! If you see any of them out and about, please send them your thanks!

Road Improvement Update! – 3/31
We received notice minutes ago that Bates Paving & Sealing can perform the crack sealing on our roadways tomorrow Friday April 1st. Bates will begin the process at 7am and complete by 3pm.
