A special meeting of the Members was held at the Kirk Bear Canyon Library on May 19, 2026 from 5-7 PM. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a proposal to increase Association Fees by $1000 per year in order to fund long-term infrastructure projects for roads and gates. An electronic vote to approve this proposed fee increase, along with some restructuring of our existing financial models is being launched on Wednesday, May 20th at noon. All votes must be received by May 27th at noon. Results of the election will be announced via email no later than May 28th.
